This is the SWU Hockey Registration for Juniors who are playing Junior AND Senior Turf Hockey, and the price of this item includes your Turf fees ($200). (Please note this is NOT for girls who will play in Under 7 Rookey, Under 9 Rookey, Under 11 and Under 13.)
If you want to play Grass, or Seniors Only please be aware that these are separate products and you will need to return to the Registration Category to select these.
A link to download your registration forms will be emailed to you once PayPal payment is confirmed.

How To Get Your Gear
All Uniform items will be available for collection at your training sessions from your coach or alternative arrangements can be made with the Uniform Coordinator. Please see our Uniform Page for their details. A link to download your registrations forms will be emailed to you when payment is confirmed.
When you fill in your details to complete your order, please remember that the player that you nominate as ‘Player 1’ will have the uniforms delivered to their coach. Please make sure that ‘Player 1’ has a printed copy of your receipt of payment as the uniforms cannot be collected without it.
